Most FAQs are answered within the membership but there are some things you might need to know before committing to your purchase:

- No previous facial fitness experience is required.

- If you have had recently administered Botox and filler, allow up to 28 days after filler and 14 days after Botox before participating.

- Please avoid performing facial fitness over any active skin disorders.

- For any medical conditions, please consult your doctor before joining.

- Could you be pregnant? Avoid facial acupressure and please go gently around your neck. Go at your own pace!

4. Payments & Subscription Management

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued due to the digital nature of the products.
Subscription payments will be automatically processed. If you wish to cancel your membership, you must do so before your next billing cycle, you can manage payments by the billing confirmation email you receive
Firefly Formula reserves the right to refuse service or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling for 1:1 Consultations

All 1:1 consultation bookings are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice by emailing Firefly Formula- info@fireflyformula.com
If you fail to attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice, you forfeit your session.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Firefly Formula values your privacy. By using this site, you acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties unless required by law.
